Where do the prices come from?

From each provider's public price calculator. Each price is checked against the mid-market exchange rate before it's shown, and shows when it was checked. A price that fails a check is held back, not shown.

Can I send money through RemitBridge?

No. RemitBridge only shows prices. It never holds or moves money. To send, go to the provider you pick.

Why does a price differ from what I see on the provider's site?

Rates move during the day, and some fees change with the amount or how you pay. The app shows when each price was checked. If one looks wrong, email us with the provider, route and amount.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account, then Delete account. Everything saved to your account is deleted at once. See the privacy policy.
